Meet Our New Project Manager

Please welcome our new Project Manager, Helena Claudio. She is a graduate from Jacksonville University with extensive knowledge and experience in Mass Communications and Project Management. A successful Project Administrator at Koncept collaborates with our Sales and Creative teams to achieve quotas while keeping our clients satisfied and engaged with our products and services. The Project Administrator also answers client queries and identifies new business opportunities among existing customers. This role liaises with cross-functional internal teams (including Design, Production, and Promotions) to improve the entire customer experience.

We have set a goal of collectively sponsoring 10,000 kits in 15 days and with the YOUR assistance this is definitley an achievable goal!
